Who We Are
We are an independent consulting company for organisations and projects in national and international development. We combine many years of practical experience in consultancy, facilitation and evaluation with applied research and capacity development. We follow a holistic understanding of development and support people in successfully implementing their tasks.
We advise governmental and nongovernmental organisations and projects in change processes and in selected technical areas. Sharing experience between stakeholders and tapping valuable local knowledge and existing potentials are guiding principles for our work.
What We Do
Our main focus is consulting in organisational development, capacity development, results-based planning, monitoring and evaluation, applied research and teaching as well as specific technical issues. These include decentralisation and strengthening of good governance at the local level, rural development, food security and local/regional economic and value chain promotion.
