Our special consulting areas include organisation-relevant questions about the potential and actual benefits of various human resources tools – especially in regards to development cooperation and decentralised structures abroad.
Together with you we
- carry out systemic organisational diagnoses with the aim of generating knowledge and new insights on the state of the organisation among its various stakeholders. This will create the basis for an organised change process
- identify appropriate measures for change processes in which the potentials and blockages within the organisation are appropriately reflected
- chaperone change measures at the level of the individual (e.g., executive coaching), at the level of the organisational unit (e.g., team building) as well as at the level of the overall organisation (e.g., vision and goal determination, advice on structural and process changes)
